We are excited to share that Alden Zecha, Founder and President of Adz Group, has been appointed as Duke University's Center for the Advancement of Social Entrepreneurship (CASE)'s first ever Executive-in-Residence. In his appointment, Alden will work with Duke Universities' Fuqua School of Business to mentor students and provide guidance in CASE's programs. Read more about his appointment on CASE's Website.
New for Summer 2016, Adz Group will be launching the American Student Educators (ASE) Program. In this program, university students from top tier US universities are brought to Japan to teach English communication, critical thinking, and talk about their experiences in their respective universities.

The City of Boston was honored by a visit from the Japanese Prime Minister, Shinzo Abe, and the First Lady, Akie Abe on April 26th and 27th. While the Prime Minister was speaking at a local university, the First Lady paid a visit to Boston Latin Academy, a school that many FGLP alumni visit during their time in Boston.
In March, we had the privilege of bringing Himeji Nishi High School on a visit to the Massachusetts Nonprofit Network (MNN). MNN works to connect, support and be the voice of the nonprofit sector in the state of Massachusetts.
For years people have been saying that study abroad is an invaluable experience, but a recent study by Adam Galinsky and the Columbia Business School found that people who are multicultural, or had experienced another culture were more creative than their monoculture colleagues.

President Barack Obama, First Lady Michelle Obama and Vice President Joe Biden will be making a trip to Boston on March 30th. They will be in town to attend the opening of the Edward M. Kennedy Institute, which hopes teach about the importance of the senate and to inspire the next generation of leaders and citizens. Read more about it at NESN.
