Founder & President

Alden Zecha is the Founder & President of Adz Group. He has more than 25 years of international experience having worked in more than 35 countries in Africa, Asia, Europe and North and South America. In addition Alden has founded and run several travel companies including being a co-founder of PrivatSea an ultra-luxury travel club in London and has personally led tours of up to 150 travelers.

Alden received both his MSE and BSE with honors in chemical engineering from Princeton University where he was a United Technologies Scholar and Institute of Nuclear Power Operators Scholar. He also has a certificate in Finance from the University of Virginia's Darden School of Business Administration and currently holds positions at both Duke and Brandeis Universities.

Alden has served as the vice-chair for Boston of the Princeton Alumni Schools Committee which interviews applicants to Princeton, President of the Princeton Entrepreneurs' Network of Boston a business organization and Trustee and Treasurer of the Puppet Showplace Theatre a performing arts organization. Alden is an avid traveler having visited more than 65 countries and was a 4-time member of the US Rowing team including having won medals at both the Goodwill and Pan American Games

General Manager

Joanna Chua is the General Manager of Adz Group. She is a highly-motivated, accomplished and results-driven leader with a proven track record in helping organizations move forward and achieve its objectives. She has more than fifteen years of experience in general management, project management, and conference/events planning. Prior to Adz Group, she was a Senior Manager at IXL Center for eight years. She led its corporate education programs around innovation and worked closely with universities to manage their innovation courses and Action Project programs. Since 2009, she ran the IXL Innovation Olympics competition program globally with more than 30 companies and 120 student teams participating each year. While at IXL Center, she also served as the Director of Programs and Certification for the Global Innovation Management Institute (GIM Institute) overseeing all training, workshops and events, certification processes including application, testing and review, and partner relations. She is actively involved in the Asian community in Boston. She currently serves as the Vice President of Programming at NAAAP Boston overseeing five committees including Professional Development, Entrepreneurship, Women in NAAAP, Toastmasters and Scholarship. Prior to this role, she was the Director of Professional Development for two years. She has a B.S. in Management Information Systems from the Ateneo de Manila University. She also has an MBA from the Hult International Business School. She is fluent in several languages including English, Filipino, Hokkien, Mandarin (intermediate) and Japanese (basic).
