The U.S. Open is back in Brookline, MA after 34 years!
The U.S. Open is back in Brookline. This marks the fourth time the U.S. Open will be played in Brookline, with the last occurrence coming in 1988. United States-born golfers have won the event all three times it has been played at the Boston-area course.
Conducted annually since 1895, this is the 122nd Edition of the U.S. Open. This event is recognized as the world’s premier golf championship with $12.5M Purse. The U.S. Open is one of 14 annual national championships conducted by the USGA.
Past champions include Tiger Woods, Jack Nicklaus, Bobby Jones, Brooks Koepka, Bryson Dechambeau, & Francis Ouimet.
